I am thrilled to be bringing you a heartfelt conversation I had the privilege of having with a dear friend who hails all the way from Australia, Ruth Balsiger.
Ruth is a nutrition and health coach, a yoga instructor, a personal trainer AND a recently published author of her fantastic book, Heathy-Licious.
