In this episode of the Girls 4 Greatness podcast I had the privilege of chatting with the CEO and founder of Gracie’s Gals, Shelby Rowland.
Shelby founded this leadership and empowerment focused movement company after realizing that she wanted to help girls work through the challenges of self-esteem that she herself had to face and overcome. Shelby was a student athlete and a communications major when she decided that she wanted to create something that supported the mental AND physical health of girls in her community in Ontario.
I invite you to listen in as Shelby shares her own story of struggle with realizing that she needed to let go of the “ideal” image of what a woman is supposed to look like. I also invite you to listen in as Shelby and I talk about how she is now inspiring so many others to embrace their own unique beauty. Shelby is an amazing advocate for girls and a firm believer in the power of positive influence.
