Girls 4 Greatness

Feb 17, 2021

I am coming at you this week with another Real Life. Real Talk.  Episode of the Girls 4 Greatness podcast. This week I have the incredible honor of welcoming Rachel Weinstock back to the show.

Rachel was first a guest on episode #27 where we talked all about the power of play with our children. I have decided to feature her again as we have a wonderful conversation around the topic of mental health and our youth.

Rachel is a Transformational Coach and Speaker for pre-teens and teenagers who are struggling with being bullied, low self-esteem, chronic stress, and anxiety. She is the creator of “Enough is Enough. Getting to the Heart of Bullying Prevention, and she is also the creator of “Virtual Club For Pre-Teens,” an online program that helps young people to lower their anxiety through heightening their mindfulness and expressing themselves creatively.  Rachel is on a mission to create a world where every child feels happy, confident and safe to be the truest, most creative version of themselves.

I invite you to listen in as Rachel and I dive deep into how we can best help our children and youth navigate the stressors they are faced with in our world today. We also talk about the best ways we can instill confidence in our youth as well as how we can best create a culture of kindness and empathy.

Please be sure to find and connect with Rachel over on Instagram and Facebook under @rachelweinstock. You can also check out Rachel’s Facebook group, Parents Helping Their Teens With Anxiety, Stress and Self-Confidence, by heading to https://www.facebook.com/groups/222936935471538/.
