I am thrilled to be starting off season 2 of the Girls 4 Greatness podcast with my first ever solo cast! I invite you to listen in as I dive into the topic of guilt and how it is often something we ourselves allow to take root. I talk about how I have personally struggled with guilt in my own life and how I have decided to instead embrace what builds my self-worth. It is my hope that these solo casts will give you more insight into who I really and truly am and also serve to inspire you to be more of who you really and truly are! I want these episodes to empower you to unapologetically live life on your own terms and realize that perfection is not a requirement for sharing your own greatness with the world.
